We’re looking for a high-performance Meta Ads Specialist who can take full ownership of client campaigns, strategy, build optimization and scaling.
This is not a junior “button pusher” role.
This is for someone who knows how to think, diagnose, and improve performance across multiple accounts while driving profitable growth.
If you’re confident in your ability to deliver results and want to be the person in charge of the paid media function, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Build, launch, and manage Meta campaigns across multiple client accounts
- Develop paid media strategies based on client goals
- Run audience, creative, and funnel testing
- Optimise campaigns daily/weekly for ROAS, CPL, CAC & lead quality
- Manage tracking, pixel setup, naming conventions & UTM structures
- Analyse performance data and proactively surface insights
- Identify issues early (creative fatigue, funnel drop-offs, tracking gaps)
- Collaborate with the content, web, and account management team
- Prepare simple monthly reports + Loom breakdowns clients can understand
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
You:
- Own 10-20 client ad accounts confidently
- Improve ROAS, CPL, or lead quality across the majority of accounts
- Develop testing frameworks and optimisation rhythms
- Bring stability and structure to the paid ads department
- Build predictable performance across accounts
- Communicate proactively with account managers
You’ll be the go-to paid media expert inside the agency.
Requirements (Must-Have)
- 3+ years running Meta ads (agency experience preferred)
- Multi-location or local service business experience
- Proven ability to achieve ROAS, scale campaigns, and reduce CPL
- Strong understanding of:
- Tracking (Pixel & Conversion API)
- Funnels & attribution
- CBO/ABO, DCT, retargeting, creative testing
- Confident analysing data and turning it into clear actions
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
- Ownership mindset, you take responsibility for results
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with TikTok or Pinterest ads
- Landing page / CRO understanding
- Experience with Hyros / other tracking tools
- Experience using AI tools for creative ideas & testing
