Job description
  • Guide and support teachers and assistant teachers within the ECCE centers, offering mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Serve as a role model for effective teaching practices and pedagogical approaches in early childhood education, demonstrating exemplary skills in areas such as child observation, curriculum planning, and positive behavior management.
  • Collaborate with teachers and assistant teachers to identify areas for professional growth and development, designing personalized learning plans and provide feedback to support their continuous improvement.
  • Encourage teachers and assistant teachers to engage in reflective practice, facilitating opportunities for self-assessment, critical reflection, and goal setting to enhance teaching effectiveness and promote continuous learning.
  • Assist teachers in developing and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and learning experiences that are aligned with best practices in early childhood education and the center's philosophy and goals.
  • Conduct regular observations and assessments of classroom practices, environments, and interactions to ensure high-quality early childhood programming that promotes children's holistic development.
