Job summary

Hoechst Pakistan Limited is seeking a Medical Manager to drive medical and clinical strategies for its products and support brand planning. The role involves KOL engagement, medical information provision, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Marketing and other teams.

The candidate should have MBBS/BDS and 4–5 years of pharma industry experience, with Gynecology portfolio exposure preferred. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• MBBS or BDS qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Drive medical/clinical strategy for products.
• Lead implementation of Medical Brand Plan and gap analysis.

• Focus on training and development of commercial teams.
