  • Strong academic record with understanding of project planning and engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Primavera or MS Project is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and updating project timelines, WBS, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project progress and identify deviations from planned schedules.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement and execution teams to gather updates.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
  • Maintain documentation of planning activities and updates.
  • Learn and apply project planning standards, tools, and best practices.
