Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall maintenance activities of Sheet Metal and Injection Molding.
• Monitoring of Daily breakdowns and report to production manager.
• To ensure proper execution of maintenance team as per requirement in all sections on daily basis.
• Responsible to build and proper utilization of maintenance team.
• Responsible to make preventive maintenance plan.
• Responsible to ensure execution of preventive maintenance plan.
• Monitoring of daily, monthly and annual preventive maintenance activities.
• Responsible to ensure availability of spare parts in store keeping requirement in mind in advance.
• Responsible to find out good suppliers for spares supplies and outsource maintenance.
• Responsible to keep up to date all maintenance related records/data and to present management whenever required/demanded.
• Analysis of machine downtime and to take preventive measures to reduce machine downtime on monthly basis.
• To develop machine wise maintenance standard.
