Haleon is seeking a MEA Panadol and Advil Marketing Manager to drive global strategies locally, leading cross-functional teams and delivering short- and long-term brand sales and profit objectives.

You will deploy global strategies with execution leadership across all marketing areas, ensuring robust promotional effectiveness and market activation. This role offers opportunities to mentor others and influence brand equity across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience leading people in project-based and day-to-day settings.
• 5+ years of brand marketing in Consumer Products or OTC.
• Experience delivering insights-based consumer communications and brand share growth.
• Experience in large-scale product launches; collaboration with global teams; success in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop, adapt, and refine strategic direction for brand based on consumer insights.
• Lead annual market activation planning focused on 3-year growth drivers; manage cross-functional teams.
• Accountable for annual brand P&L, including sales and profit, and budget items.
• Mentor junior marketing associates within the team.
• Manage brand equity via global toolkits localization and deployment.
• Drive innovation strategy through global innovation vision and execution.
