Job summary

Indus Hospital is seeking a Community Mobilizer for the Pishin location to strengthen community engagement around maternal and newborn health, family planning, GBV and related mental health services. You will conduct door‑to‑door sessions, organize gender‑segregated dialogues and distribute IEC materials in local languages.

You will identify at‑risk individuals, refer them to appropriate facilities and empower women through WFS and multisectoral referrals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in social mobilization or community engagement.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in social sciences is required.
• Experience with maternal health, GBV and public health campaigns is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sessions on MNH, family planning, mental health and GBV.
• Organize gender- and age-segregated group dialogues.
• Distribute IEC materials in local languages.
• Identify at-risk individuals and connect them to services.
• Refer to facilities, WFS and protection/legal services.
• Promote WFS as safe, inclusive spaces.
• Coordinate with facility teams during SRH, MNCH and campaigns.
• Guide beneficiaries on how to access services and dates.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality in referrals.
• Prepare weekly/monthly outreach plans.
