Job Overview

Skillgigs is seeking a dedicated and proactive Healthcare Marketplace Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with healthcare professionals through phone calls, building strong relationships, and ensuring that their relevant medical documentation is complete and accurate. Your efforts will help prepare their profiles for medical openings, contributing to the overall success of our healthcare marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Outreach:

- Initiate and conduct calls to healthcare professionals to establish rapport and trust.

- Educate professionals about Skillgigs and the benefits of completing their profiles.

- Documentation Management:

- Assist healthcare professionals in gathering and submitting necessary medical documentation.

- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with industry standards.

- Relationship Building:

- Foster long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to encourage ongoing collaboration.

- Address any questions or concerns they may have regarding the documentation process.

- Profile Preparation:

- Collaborate with the team to ensure that all healthcare professional profiles are ready for medical openings.

- Monitor and follow up on pending documentation to expedite the process.

- Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and documentation status in our database.

- Provide regular updates to management on progress and challenges.

Qualifications

- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare field or a related field preferred.

- Experience:
