• 3+ years of manual QA experience on complex, data-heavy applications.
• Strong investigative mindset with ability to trace issues to code, SQL, or data.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to explain issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual functional, regression, and exploratory testing across the application.
• Explore the system to map modules and data flows, documenting findings.
• Investigate defects to root cause, reproduce, and verify data and queries.
• Write clear bug reports with steps, evidence, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with clients, clarify expectations, and report findings in plain language.
• Plan work independently, identify high-risk areas, and test accordingly.
