Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Karachi seeks an experienced HR Manager to manage recruitment processes, develop training programs, and implement HR practices.   • Established recruitment strategies for current positions, Include job posting, job board
  • Fulfilling staffing needs is essential to keep departments growing at the same pace as company.
  • Job analysis, position description, interview process, marketing materials/job postings, candidate selection, compensation analysis, and offer.
  • Manage recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, & offers.
  • Counsel the candidate on Company provided benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
  • Provided recruitment counsel and guidance to subordinate with hiring and employment data.
  • Prepare and circulate Monthly Hiring Report to all concern.
  • Prepared TNA form and circulate to line manager, follow-up, ensure all employees of Company have participated in TNA activities.
  • Develop training calendar for whole year of in-house & external trainings.
  • Maintain record of trainings and ensure all employees get their required trainings.
  • Revive all OD activities such as celebrating special days, arranging events for special causes.
  • Prepared & updated all job descriptions & Org Chart of all departments.
  • Developed Skill Matrix for technical staffs with coordination with line managers.
  • Conducted employee retention activities such as focus group sessions, HR Dialogues, Exit interview compilation etc.
