IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible to develop and execute the Talent Acquisition strategy for PTCL for smooth execution of processes and alignment with company goals.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
  • Liaise with line departments to develop selection criteria, job profiles, and advertisement formats.
  • Identify and explore innovative means of sourcing candidates to attract relevant talent from the industry.
  • Manage all business stakeholder to ensure their satisfaction levels with the talent services provided to them internally.
  • Create and execute framework, systems, and approaches for the recruitment interaction to guarantee functional efficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities and various institutes for Job fairs and on campus interviews to source the best fresh graduates to be hired at different positions.
  • Present TA analytics to stakeholders and management on certain KPI’s and process to evaluate the process efficiency.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualification
  • Professional Degree from HEC recognized university in Business administration, with a concentration in Human Resources Management
Experience
  • Professional Experience in the field of Human Resources
