Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the sale outlet is running in the most efficient and effective manner in accordance with the company standards.
• Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional and effective manner.
• Ensure that customer inquiries and requirements are met efficiently and up to their expectations.
• Coordinate with warehouse and ensure that the best level of inventories are available every time in all stores.
• Creating and introducing in-store customer awareness techniques and useful feedback criteria result in retention of customers.
• Control quality and availability of the products within the given standards every time.
• Achieving sales and profit margins in consistence and continual manner.
• Ensure that overall store and equipment are maintained at highest operational level.
• Coordinate with marketing department for effective implementation of sales and promotional schemes.
