Ideal candidates should possess strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, along with proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office. Work closely with Administration and HR to meet their operational needs related to Procurement
Maintain contractual staff database, to meet timely delivery of skilled workers on different projects of the company around the globe
Develop business ties with new vendors after validating their qualifications and monitoring their performances
Timely follow up for vendor payments
Generate monthly and weekly reports regarding purchases and outsourcing and closely monitor departmental KPI's
Develop excellent working relationships with internal as well as externalcustomers for smoother and cost effective operations
Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
Working knowledge of ERP systems,
Proficiency in operating MS Office Suite
