We are seeking a Manager for North region who willbe responsible fornurturing existingrelationships with schools and individuals throughout theterritoryand formulating plans aligned to schools' unique needs. This individual will play a key role in enhancing Cambridge International's presence within the education sector and supporting the training requirements of Cambridge schoolsin the area. The position also involves developing new strategic relationships and strengtheningexisting relationships to drive substantial business growth.

Based in Islamabad, the successful candidate should expect significant travelaround North region as well as some parts ofthe Punjabprovince. In collaboration with both regional colleagues and UK-based teams, the Manager willidentifyand pursue opportunities tofacilitatemarket expansion, including organising educational seminars, conferences,communityeventsand other sector events.

Additionally, you will remain informed about educational policies in Pakistan, particularly in North, toadvisethe Senior Manager North and Deputy Country Director, Assessment,Pakistan,on strategic issues.
A university degree isrequired. A comprehensive understanding of CambridgeUniversityPress & Assessment, its programmes, competitors, and educational policies in Pakistan and internationally is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proventrack recordin business development andpossessstrong negotiation skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement, interpersonal, diplomatic, and communication abilities are also critical for success in this role.
Credibility with school leaders and education policymakers is important, along with effective communication.You mustbe able towork independently with minimal supervision and collaborate across teams as needed.
