The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Sciences and 4-5 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include managing IT incidents, supporting end-users, and collaborating with various teams. Strong ITIL understanding and communication skills are essential.

The experience in IT Service Management will be preferred.Should have experience in technical project managementShould have hands on experience of network, systems, applications, utilities and security suite on clients systems / end-user machinesUrge for analysis, troubleshooting & investigationEffectively manage large teams for successful completion of workManage and resolve trouble-shoots and incidentsProvide technical support on all end-user issues in the area of IT Networks, systems and securityGather information about client-end / end-user support mechanisms in an enterprise environmentCoordinate with different functional teams within the organizationManage Internal IT Assets management by following the companys SOPsEnsure IT Customer Service support to the end users
