  • Stay updated on current trends, developments, and theories in job readiness training and education.
  • Address issues, concerns, and barriers faced by employees newly entering the workforce.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and rules governing work requirements for SECP and FBR.
  • Participate in organizational development, human resources, and program operations.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions 16, including new features and report customization; familiarity with other ERP systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in general office software, particularly MS Office Suite, and other accounting software.
  • Experience with finance in the USA, Europe, Brazil, South Africa, or other countries is highly preferred.
  • Willingness to undertake international trips; prior experience in international finance affairs is advantageous.

  • Review and analyze accounting records, including bookkeeping, financial statements, and other financial reports for accuracy and reliability.
  • Have a good understanding of taxation processes, including final returns and other tax requirements in accordance with regulations.
  • Develop, record, and analyze projected budgets; prepare reports or presentations comparing projected and actual costs to assess overall performance at year-end.
  • Foster and cultivate business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Create and evaluate financial statements and budget documents.
  • Respond to the needs of all clients of the organization, including funding agencies, the board of directors, local community advocates, participants, and employers.
  • Supervise staff with regular performance reviews and improvement plans.
