Job description

B.Sc Engineering Electrical or Mechanical

Plan for the preventive maintenance for production & utilities.

Execute all corrective maintenance for production machines and utility units.

Factory acceptance test for the new machines. Installation and Commission for the new machinery.
Supervise maintenance staff by determining workloads and schedules.

Ensure that staff is trained in complex maintenance activities and are following standard operating procedures and respond to emergencies as requested.
Direct the work of staff and utilization of resources to effective repair and ensure the safety of the community. Manage the Mechanical section (i.e. installation, repair and maintenance of machines and equipments). Keep back inventory of related essential parts and equipments. Develop, interpret and implement policies, procedures and documentation.

Maintained and update all related records, files, maps and documents, etc. Ensure safety, health and environment in all activities at plant.

Job Specification

The candidate must have Mechanical / Electrical degree with 5-8 years relevant experience on similar position, preferably working in pharmaceutical or chemical industry
