Job summary

HBL People in Karachi seeks a compliance/risk professional with 3-5 years’ banking experience to monitor conduct protocols and regulatory adherence. You will drive training, analyze complaints, and prepare risk reports for management.

Bachelor’s degree is required; strong ownership and accountability are essential as you coordinate with multiple teams to ensure regulatory compliance and effective conduct management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in risk/compliance within banking.
• Bachelor's degree (16 years) in a related field.
• Strong understanding of risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to present regulatory compliance and risk status clearly.

• Code of Conduct & Disciplinary Protocols implementation and enforcement.
• Training & Awareness programs delivery and monitoring.
• Complaint analysis & MIS reporting.
• Call center performance reporting related to conduct.
• PWD reporting and conduct-related practices.
