The role is responsible for managing end‑to‑end background verification (BGC) and contractor onboarding processes in line with customer requirements and compliance standards. This position involves creating and initiating background check packages through approved vendors, validating results against predefined matrices, and preparing screening reports with key observations and recommendations. The incumbent will handle employee, vendor, and candidate queries related to screening and onboarding, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Additionally, the role requires coordinating with contractors throughout the onboarding journey—from verification and documentation to day‑one readiness. The candidate will ensure compliance with all policy and procedural requirements, maintain accurate records in designated systems, and generate necessary reports for audits and management reviews. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously are essential for success in this role.
