Responsibilities include editing multi-camera YouTube episodes, syncing audio-video for podcasts, adding B-roll, effects, subtitles, and music, and delivering consistently on briefs.

Responsibilities:

• Edit long-form YouTube videos with smooth transitions, engaging pacing, and effective storytelling.
• Edit podcast videos, including multi-camera footage, dialogue cuts, and audio-video synchronization.
• Add B-rolls, sound effects, background music, subtitles, and relevant visual elements where required.
• Improve video flow and audience retention through effective editing techniques.
• Maintain consistent video quality and follow the provided briefs and guidelines.
• Manage revisions and deliver videos within deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in editing long-form YouTube videos and podcast videos.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
• Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
• Ability to work with raw footage and turn it into polished, engaging content.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work is required.
