Job summary

PPOAR in Pakistan is hiring a Locksmith Apprentice who will learn the craft under experienced locksmiths. You will assist with lock installations, repairs and replacements, as well as key cutting and duplication. This role offers on-the-job training and a pathway to become a full locksmith with the company.

No prior experience is required; basic knowledge of locks/keys is preferred. Travel opportunities may arise with biometric passport for international work.

Job description

As a Locksmith Apprentice you will learn the skills and techniques necessary to become a professional locksmith You will work under the guidance of experienced locksmiths assisting them in their daily tasks and learning from their expertise You will be responsible for assisting with lock installations repairs and replacements as well as key cutting and duplication You will also learn how to use various tools and equipment needed for locksmithing such as drills saws and lock picking tools

To be successful in this role you should have a strong interest in locksmithing and a willingness to learn Prior experience is not required we are looking for candidates who are eager to develop their skills and start a career in this field However having basic knowledge of locks and keys is preferred

This is a contract job with no accommodation provided As an apprentice you will receive on-the-job training and guidance from our experienced locksmiths This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or individuals looking to enter the locksmith profession

We require candidates with a biometric passport or the ability to obtain one for international travel when necessary This is important as our company operates globally and there may be opportunities for you to travel with our team

The salary for this position is $1400 per month This may increase based on your performance during the apprenticeship period After completing your apprenticeship successfully you will have the opportunity to become a full-fledged locksmith with our company
