Navigator HR Consulting Solutions is hiring a LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to generate qualified leads for digital services and manage outbound campaigns. This in-person, 6 PM–3 AM role operates Mon-Fri from our DHA office, with a performance-based compensation structure.

You will mentor interns, coordinate campaigns, and collaborate with the team to drive growth while tracking KPIs and delivering results. English and Urdu proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or B2B sales.
• Strong written communication in English and Urdu.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach tools.
• Ability to mentor interns and manage multiple campaigns.
• Analytical mindset to measure campaign performance and optimize.
• Knowledge of eCommerce / digital services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns targeting global B2B clients.
• Research and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, company directories, and social media.
• Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages.

Job description

Full-time office-based role at our DHA office, with working hours 6 PM – 3 AM. Monday to Friday.

This is a results-oriented, long-term role, focused on lead generation and meetings. Before joining, we will finalize the strategy and KPIs.

Compensation:

Base salary: PKR 75,000 for the first 3 months (probation)

Commission: 10% on business closed during probation

After 3 months: Base salary can increase to PKR 100,000–125,000 if targets are met, with commission adjusted to 5%
