The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently scheduling and dispatching trips, managing driver assignments, handling client inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the day. An essential part of this role is being an expert in handling Limo Leads callsresponding quickly, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, and delivering a top-notch customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and schedule customer bookings via phone, email, and dispatch software (e.g., Limo Anywhere).
• Handle Limo Leads calls promptly, professionally, and persuasively to secure reservations.
• Assign drivers based on location, availability, and trip requirements.
• Monitor trip progress and communicate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Manage last-minute changes, cancellations, and urgent situations professionally.
• Maintain accurate trip logs and update dispatch software in real time.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with management to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure all trips comply with company standards and policies.
