Job summary

Esire Pakistan is seeking a Pattern Master with hands-on experience in manual pattern making, grading, pattern copying, fitting, and sample development for leather garments. You will work closely with sampling, stitching, and production teams to ensure patterns are accurate and production-ready.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of leather pattern experience, excellent measurement-reading skills, strong attention to detail, and the willingness to work on-site in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Mininum 4–5 years of hands on experience in manual pattern making and grading, specifically for leather garments.
• Knowledge of garment measurements, fitting, construction, and stitching.
• Ability to copy existing patterns and develop patterns from physical samples.
• Ability to read measurement sheets and make required pattern corrections.
• Good attention to detail and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in an on-site production or sampling environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, copy, and maintain manual patterns for leather garments.
• Perform manual grading according to required size specifications.
• Create patterns from samples, measurement sheets, or design references.
• Check garment measurements, fit, construction, and pattern accuracy.
• Make pattern corrections based on fitting and production feedback.
• Ensure proper seam matching, armholes, sleeves, collars, shoulders, and garment balance.
• Coordinate with sampling, stitching, and production teams.
• Maintain records of patterns, size sets, corrections, and approved samples.
