Motive is seeking an experienced Lead Support Engineer to join our Global Technical Support team as a technical enablement expert for TSEs. You will help engineers resolve complex issues, guide investigations, and develop coaching material to elevate team performance.

You will build knowledge bases, troubleshooting guides, and reusable queries while collaborating with Backline to align on root causes and resolutions. This role emphasizes internal enablement over direct customer communication.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in Technical Lead or senior technical support roles.
• Proven ability to coach engineers and improve investigations.
• Strong troubleshooting using logs, SQL, APIs, and DataDog.

• Mentor TSEs with complex issues and guide next steps.
• Review investigations and coach on framing, evidence gathering and documentation.
• Build and maintain product-specific troubleshooting guides and knowledge base.
• Identify gaps in product knowledge and create coaching materials.
• Collaborate with Backline to interpret findings and resolutions.
