Job summary

JazzWorld is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead end-to-end design for Digital, AI and Fintech solutions across public sector and large enterprises in Pakistan. You will translate complex requirements into technically sound architectures, align with regulatory rules, and drive proposals with Sales, Delivery and partners.

The role spans cloud, on-premise, hybrid and sovereign deployments, requiring strong AI, data, and fintech domain expertise, plus a track record of winning

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in solution architecture or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Track record in architecting and winning large, complex deals, ideally with public sector tenders.
• Strong command of modern application architecture (microservices, APIs, event-driven design).
• Understand cloud, on-premise and sovereign deployments; security architecture and high-availability.
• Knowledge of AI and data architectures including LLMs, RAG, MLOps and data warehousing.
• Fintech and payments knowledge, SBP regulations and related ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution design from requirements through architecture blueprints to deployment models (cloud/on‑premise/hybrid/sovereign).
• Drive responses to RFPs/RFQs/tenders with proposals, matrices, diagrams, BoQs and effort estimates.
• Evaluate build-versus-buy-versus-partner options; assess TCO and delivery risk.
• Design AI and data solutions, data pipelines, governance and privacy guardrails.
• Architect fintech solutions across payments, wallets, onboarding, KYC, lending and merchant ecosystems.
• Manage technology partners across hyperscalers, ERP/platform vendors and SI's; structure JV/consortium tech arrangements.
• Present and defend architectures to CXO-level stakeholders and evaluation panels.
• Align cross-functional teams on feasibility and protect design intent through delivery.
• Develop reference architectures, accelerators and proposal libraries to improve win rates.

Working across enterprise digital transformation, applied AI and fintech, you will lead solution design and technical proposals for public sector institutions, regulators and large enterprise clients, partnering with Sales, Product, Delivery and technology partners to ensure solutions are practical, compliant and deliverable.

Requirements

What you'll own

• Lead end-to-end solution design, from requirements discovery and architecture blueprints to integration design and cloud, on-premise, hybrid or sovereign deployment models.
• Drive technical responses to RFPs, RFQs and tenders, preparing proposals, compliance matrices, architecture diagrams, BoQs and effort estimates aligned with PPRA rules and evaluation frameworks, including Single Stage Two Envelope and QCBS.
• Evaluate solution options using build-versus-buy-versus-partner assessments, total cost of ownership and delivery risk.
• Design AI and data solutions by identifying viable use cases, selecting models and platforms, defining data pipelines, and embedding governance, privacy and responsible-deployment guardrails.
• Architect fintech solutions across payments, wallets, digital onboarding, KYC, lending and merchant ecosystems, incorporating applicable SBP regulatory requirements.
• Manage technology partners across hyperscalers, ERP and platform vendors, OEMs and system integrators; structure JV and consortium technical arrangements where required.
• Present and defend solution architectures to CXO-level stakeholders, evaluation committees and technical panels.
• Align Sales, Partners, OEMs, Procurement, Delivery and Product on solution feasibility, and protect design intent through delivery and product transition.
• Develop reusable reference architectures, solution accelerators, pricing models and proposal libraries to improve win rates and shorten proposal response cycles.

• Fintech architectures incorporate relevant SBP requirements across payments, wallets, digital onboarding, KYC, lending and merchant solutions.
• Clients and evaluation panels receive clear, credible technical presentations that defend the proposed solutions.
• Sales, partners, Procurement, Delivery and Product remain aligned on solution feasibility, with design intent maintained through transition.
• Reusable architectures, accelerators, pricing models and proposal libraries support improved win rates and faster response cycles.

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Bring 6-8 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, enterprise IT consulting or digital product engineering, including meaningful client-facing solutioning.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• Have a track record of architecting and winning large, complex deals, ideally involving public sector tenders and multi-vendor engagements.
• Have strong command of modern application architecture, including microservices, APIs, event-driven design, containerisation and DevOps.
• Understand cloud, sovereign and on-premise infrastructure, including AI workload compute sizing, security architecture and high-availability design.
• Bring practical knowledge of AI and data, including LLMs, RAG patterns, MLOps, data warehousing and analytics.
• Understand enterprise platforms such as ERP, HRMS, CRM and BPM, along with integration standards and middleware.
• Have fintech and payments knowledge covering switches, payment rails, wallet architecture, digital KYC, core banking integration and applicable regulations; communicate exceptionally well, present confidently, manage compliance-heavy documentation, exercise commercial judgement, collaborate across teams and remain resilient under pressure. Relevant certifications are valued.
