The role requires 7–9 years in development with 3–4 years in React.js, plus hands-on experience with hooks, state management, and modern tooling. Strong communication and Agile mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of development experience, with 3-4 years in React.js
• Hands-on experience with Hooks, Redux/MobX/Flux, Middleware (Thunk/Saga), and lifecycle methods
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, etc.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Angular, Node.js, Webpack, Babel, Jest.
• Strong communication and Agile experience.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver UI improvements in collaboration with our backend and product teams.
• Translate UX/UI designs into high-performing, scalable frontend code.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers while handling multiple concurrent tasks.
• Write unit and automated tests, debug and optimise performance.
• Support deployment, documentation, and DevOps processes.
• Collaborate effectively in cross-functional, virtual teams.
