Job summary

Easetalent is seeking a React Team Lead to drive frontend transformation for a cutting-edge AI/ML application. You will lead UI improvements, translate designs into scalable frontend code, and mentor a team across multiple concurrent tasks.

The role requires 7–9 years in development with 3–4 years in React.js, plus hands-on experience with hooks, state management, and modern tooling. Strong communication and Agile mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of development experience, with 3-4 years in React.js
• Hands-on experience with Hooks, Redux/MobX/Flux, Middleware (Thunk/Saga), and lifecycle methods
• Familiarity with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Git, etc.
• Bonus: Knowledge of Angular, Node.js, Webpack, Babel, Jest.
• Strong communication and Agile experience.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovative leadership.

Responsibilities
