You will own design reviews, collaborate with stakeholders, optimize databases, and champion CI/CD with GitHub Actions within Agile frameworks to deliver iterative improvements and high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of software development experience with demonstrated expertise in Python.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server for database design, optimization, and management.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD workflows and automation using GitHub Actions.
• Strong experience in building interactive front-end interfaces with ReactJS.
• Solid understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies for collaborative development and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create technical designs, and align solutions with business goals.
• Lead the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software systems.
• Conduct technical reviews, including code reviews, to ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance benchmarks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of features and solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges across the development lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide team members, offering technical leadership and fostering skills development.

• Optimize application performance and database queries, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
