Lead Product Designer - Data-Driven SaaS Dashboards

Cloudelligent; Lahore; On-site; PKR 1,800,000 - 3,000,000; Full time

Job summary

Cloudelligent is seeking a Product Designer to shape user experiences across internal tools, client dashboards, and cloud-native platforms. This role blends structured UX thinking with visual execution, turning data-heavy workflows into clear, efficient interfaces.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams, own design systems, and advocate for accessibility and responsive design. 4+ years in SaaS will help you thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product/UI/UX design experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or B2B platforms.
• A portfolio showing end-to-end ownership, not just polished screens, but the problem framing and decisions behind them.
• Advanced Figma skills: components, variants, auto-layout, shared libraries at team/org scale (Adobe XD/Sketch a plus, not required).
• Strong grounding in interaction design principles, UX heuristics, and responsive design systems.
• Proven experience designing structured component-driven interfaces for dashboards, admin tools, or internal platforms, this is core to the role, not a nice-to-have.
• Comfort balancing user needs against technical constraints, timelines, and business priorities. You can defend a decision with more than “it looks better”.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including with non-design audiences and clients
• Experience working in Agile teams alongside PMs and engineers

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business and user needs into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Design intuitive, efficient interfaces for data-intensive B2B workflows, dashboards, admin panels, permissions-aware views, and cloud-platform tooling.
• Own and evolve a scalable design system (components, patterns, tokens) that keeps our products visually and behaviorally consistent.
• Run lightweight user research, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing to validate design decisions and know when a quick test is enough vs. when it isn't.
• Present design rationale clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders and clients, including pushing back on requests that compromise usability.
• Work directly with developers through implementation to protect design intent without blocking delivery.
• Build accessibility and responsive behavior into every design by default, not as a late pass.
• Iterate based on analytics, feedback, and support/usage signals post-launch.
