Job summary

UNDP Pakistan's Rule of Law Programme is seeking a Project Judicial and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Specialist to provide technical leadership in judicial reform, access to justice, and mediation. You will liaise with High Courts, bar associations and government departments to ensure coherent programme delivery across provincial levels.

The role focuses on strengthening judicial capacity, case-flow management, digital justice, ADR mechanisms and survivor-centred justice in coordination

Qualifications

• Specialized knowledge in judicial reform and access to justice.
• Experience with ADR/mediation and gender-responsive justice.
• Ability to provide technical leadership to judicial reforms and ADR initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized technical leadership and advice on judicial reform and access to justice.
• Oversee development and implementation of case-flow management and judicial performance initiatives.
• Lead ADR and mediation interventions including court-annexed processes and Dispute Resolution Councils.
• Support gender-responsive and survivor-centred justice across judicial, ADR and access-to-justice institutions.
• Coordinate with High Courts, district judiciary, bar councils, ADR institutions and government departments to ensure coherence of programme interventions.
