Job summary
UNDP Pakistan is seeking a Project Judicial and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Specialist to provide technical leadership in judicial reform, access to justice, and ADR interventions within the Rule of Law Programme. You will liaise with courts, bar associations, and ADR bodies to strengthen capacity, digital justice, and survivor-centred services.
The role emphasizes gender-responsive policy guidance, institutional strengthening, and cross‑sector collaboration with government and partners
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Law or related field required or equivalent experience.
- Five to seven years of relevant professional experience depending on degree.
- Experience with judicial reform, ADR, and justice-sector governance is desired.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized technical leadership on judicial reform and access to justice.
- Lead design and implementation of interventions related to ADR, case management and digital justice.
- Support gender-responsive and survivor-centred justice reforms across institutions.
- Coordinate with High Courts, judicial academies, bar councils and ADR bodies.
- Ensure quality assurance and knowledge management for judicial and ADR interventions.
