Job summary

The Neo Solutions is seeking an experienced Java Developer to lead design, development, and scaling of enterprise-grade applications across fintech and financial domains. You will drive architecture and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance software.

Responsibilities include mentoring teams, enforcing standards, and migrating monoliths to microservices and cloud-native architectures, with LMS and digital lending exposure.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Proficiency in Java 17, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
• Expertise in Microservice Architecture, Event-Driven Systems, and API-first design.
• Strong RESTful API, SQL/NoSQL, and asynchronous messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with LMS, Banking, or Financial Applications.
• Frontend familiarity with ReactJS, Angular, TypeScript.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Security protocols (OAuth2, JWT) and PCI-DSS/SAMA compliance.
• DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of distributed, scalable systems.
• Translate business and technical requirements into robust architecture.
• Work with engineering to deliver high-quality, modular code (backend/frontend).
• Define and enforce coding standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Evaluate modern technologies and tools aligned with trends.
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Product teams for delivery cycles.
• Conduct code and architecture reviews, mentoring teams.
• Ensure security, scalability, performance, and reliability across environments.
• Drive modernization, including migration to microservices and cloud-native architectures.
• Contribute to LMS, digital lending, banking and financial applications.
