Our Company: Dotcom Solutions Limited
We Provide Solutions for CCTV Cameras / Intruder Alarm Systems / Fire Alarms / Home Automation / Electrical Services and Home Renovations.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for new business development, over the telephone, speaking to Decision Makers, explaining the benefits of upgrading from their current system to our brand new, feature-rich solution, dealing with objections, and booking an appointment for our field-based specialists to sit down with the Decision Maker.
• From data lists provided, make calls to potential customers
• Build relationships and qualify leads by gathering information about their needs, interests, and suitability for the company's products or services
• Schedule appointments to take place between sales team and Decision Makers
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and provide necessary information for successful follow-ups
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities and interactions in the CRM system
• Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships, answer queries, and provide additional information as needed

Job Specification

Requirements:
• Experience in Lead Generation: Proven track record in lead generation, preferably within the telecoms industry or a related field. Familiarity with lead generation techniques, tools, and strategies is essential.
• Must Have Minimum 2 years Expericanced work in the UK Lead Generator Market.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively engage with potential leads, present information persuasively, and establish credibility. Active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor responses accordingly.
• Self-motivated and Target-driven: Highly motivated, with a proactive mind-set and the ability to work autonomously. Results-driven approach with a focus on meeting and exceeding lead generation targets.
• Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a small company environment with evolving priorities and limited resources. Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills to manage and prioritise leads, track activities, and maintain accurate records in a CRM system.
