Job Specification

BS/MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or similar relevant field.

Online bidding mainly through Upwork, Freelancer and other Bidding websites.

Business and Revenue generation: Bid effectively to generate new business, branding and contacts generation.

Requirements Analysis: Identifying client requirements, proposing appropriate solutions. Must be able to coordinate and share information with the suitable freelancer or team of the company to deliver accurate quotes.

Proposal Writing: Writing proposals, RFP responses for prospects, finalizing deals on behalf of the company/freelancer.

Interact with clients to understand their technical requirements.

Track and analyze competitor activities.

Assuring client satisfaction by meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality norms.

Putting bids in online marketplaces for projects on a daily basis.

Dealing with international clients

Identifying new leads.

Handling technical queries of clients and taking decisions on the basis of client communication. Communicate new project opportunities to existing & potential clients.Build and maintain strong relationship with prospects and existing clients.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are a must.

Good knowledge of IT Services and experience of Sales and Marketing is a must.

Should possess good interpersonal skills for Account Handling and Relationship Building.

Should be proactive and should have excellent convincing skills.
