Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong full-stack experience with Python/Flask and React/TypeScript.
• Solid PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy 2.0, and REST APIs experience.
• Experience with Docker, AWS, CI/CD, automated testing, and TDD.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding agents / AI-assisted development.
• Strong problem-solving and product ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own features and product areas from scoping to production delivery.
• Write technical plans and follow TDD with automated tests.
• Develop backend services using Python/Flask and PostgreSQL.
• Build frontend apps using React/TypeScript and modern tooling.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on.
