Proto Research Inc. is seeking a seasoned specialist to design, refine, and implement conversational AI workflows on the Proto platform, aligning solutions with client objectives and industry standards.

Qualifications

Experience designing, deploying, and optimizing GPT-powered chatbots.
Ability to evaluate conversational performance and drive data‑driven improvements.
Minimum of 3 years of client-facing experience in tech/AI/CX environments.
Proven people and project management delivering complex CX/AI solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong client discussions.
Experience in industries such as financial services, healthcare, gaming, ecommerce, transport, or government.
Comfortable in fast-paced, global, multicultural settings with ownership.

Responsibilities

Lead design, refinement, and implementation of conversational AI workflows on the Proto platform.
Own client relationships from requirement discovery to solution scoping.
Oversee chatbot performance optimization via analytics and A/B testing.
Manage, coach, and support teams delivering CX and AI solutions.
Collaborate with global teams across CX, Product, R&D, and Operations.
Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay current on trends in LLMs/NLP and recommend CX enhancements.
Contribute to scalable CX processes and delivery frameworks across regions.
