Job summary

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as lead/executive chef.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, plating and presentation.
• Create new menus reflecting seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
