Job summary

Zameen.com is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor in Islamabad to perform precise site surveys, set-out coordinates and levels for high-rise construction projects. The role requires hands-on use of Total Station, levelling equipment, and AutoCAD with strong coordination with engineers and site teams.

Ideal candidates will have 8–10 years of relevant experience, DAE Civil, and proven ability to verify layouts against drawings while maintaining detailed survey records on-site and on schedule.

Qualifications

• DAE Civil required with strong survey fundamentals.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in high-rise construction.
• Hands-on expertise with Total Station and leveling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys to establish levels, coordinates, slopes and alignments.
• Perform measurements for construction layouts and reference points.
• Carry out and verify layouts as per approved drawings (structural, architectural, MEP).
• Review survey data using AutoCAD and surveying software.
• Coordinate with Project/Construction Managers and site teams for accurate execution.
• Maintain records of survey measurements and benchmarks.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor with hands-on experience in high-rise building construction. The role will be responsible for accurate site surveys, levels, coordinates, and setting-out works.

Location: Islamabad (Paradise Commercial, Bahria Town Phase IV)

Salary Range: 100k-130k

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys using Total Station and Levelling Machine to establish levels, coordinates, slopes, and alignments.
• Perform accurate measurements and calculations for construction layouts and reference points.
• Carry out and verify structural, architectural, and MEP layouts as per approved drawings.
• Review drawings and survey data using Auto-CAD and relevant surveying software.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, Engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate execution of works.
• Maintain records of survey measurements, benchmarks, and completed layouts.
