Job summary

Charm Connect is seeking a skilled Land Surveyor in Gujrat to conduct land property surveys for construction projects. You will measure properties, analyze data and prepare detailed reports with diagrams and maps using GPS, total stations and CAD software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Proficiency in GPS, total stations and laser levels.
• Knowledge of CAD software for diagrams and maps.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication to work with team and clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

• Conduct surveys and measurements of land properties using various surveying tools and equipment
• Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports
• Create accurate diagrams maps and other visual aids to represent survey results
• Collaborate with engineers architects and other professionals to ensure accuracy of survey data for construction projects
• Prepare legal documents related to land surveys including boundary descriptions and easement documents
• Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or issues
• Stay updated on industry developments regulations and advancements in surveying technology

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
• Proficiency in the use of surveying tools such as GPS total stations and laser levels
• Knowledge of CAD software for creating diagrams and maps
