Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners.
• Analyze and interpret survey data to create maps, plans, and reports.
• Identify property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions of land.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate and efficient planning and development.
• Inspect construction sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Manage surveying equipment inventory and maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Proficient in using surveying software such as AutoCAD and GIS.
• Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, techniques, and equipment.
• Excellent mathematical skills for precise measurements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification is a plus.
