Qualifications

• Graduate with 5-10 years of corporate banking compliance experience.
• Knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements (FATCA/CRS).
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with risk-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance management and ensure KYC/ screening adherence.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit and Compliance Assurance Unit.
• Lead awareness of regulations and policy updates.
• Ensure timely submission of management reports and MIS.
• Act as LEAN Champion for CIBG Compliance.
• Provide guidance and oversight to Analysts.
