KGT Global is hiring for Trainee Project Manager / Client Services Representative (CSR) in Karachi, Pakistan.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with natural leadership abilities who are eager to develop their careers in a fast-paced and professional environment. We are looking for a Trainee Project Manager / Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our team on a full-time, onsite basis. The role requires working night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM, six days a week, to accommodate international time zones. This position is not open to students and offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to 45,000.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily tasks and coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Support project execution by providing timely updates to stakeholders and maintaining clear communication
• Liaise with team members and clients as needed to facilitate operations and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and track progress of ongoing projects
• Follow instructions carefully and consistently meet deadlines to support project goals

Required Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply; prior experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English are essential for effective client and team interactions
