KGT Global is seeking a Trainee Project Manager / CSR to join their Nazimabad, Karachi office in a full-time, on-site role with night shifts from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, six days a week with Sundays off. The role offers a strong path for leadership development in project management within a dynamic software house environment.

Competenze

• University degree in any discipline is mandatory.
• Strong typing skills with good command over verbal and written communication in English.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges efficiently.
• Ability to work full-time in an office-based environment during night shifts.
• Fluency in English is required to effectively manage communication with international clients.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with a professional team of website developers to manage up to 15 projects simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with foreign clients in English, with support provided to enhance linguistic skills.
• Utilize project management tools and technologies to ensure timely delivery and quality of projects.
• Gain exposure to website development tools and processes to better understand project requirements and progress.
• Handle client interactions and coordinate between different teams to ensure smooth project execution.
