Job summary

Brand Hub in Karachi is seeking a Sales Executive to develop customer relationships and support revenue growth on-site. You will understand client requirements and guide prospective clients toward suitable products, while maintaining an organized pipeline.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong verbal and written communication in English and Urdu, can identify prospects, qualify leads, present offerings, negotiate, and close deals.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication, listening and customer relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify prospects, qualify leads, and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Confident presentation and negotiation skills, with a professional approach to closing sales.
• Customer needs assessment and the ability to explain product or service value clearly.
• Organized pipeline management and accurate recording of sales activities.
• Clear written communication for quotations, proposals, and customer updates.
• Goal-oriented approach, resilience, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfort using email, spreadsheets, and basic CRM or sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers through appropriate outreach and follow-up.
• Understand client needs, present relevant offerings, and respond clearly to questions.
• Maintain a well-organized pipeline of leads, conversations, and sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations or proposals, support negotiations, and follow opportunities through to close.
• Meet agreed sales goals while delivering a positive customer experience.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity, and share regular progress updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure timely and appropriate customer support.
