Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Drafting, Architecture, Urban Planning or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in urban drafting, architectural drafting, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Google Earth and georeferencing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and urban planning drawings using AutoCAD.
• Convert conceptual sketches into accurate technical drawings.
• Assist in plans for roads, utilities, and infrastructure projects.
• Update drawings based on revisions and project requirements.
• Perform area calculations using AutoCAD and Google Earth.
• Organize drawing files, survey data and documentation.
• Create KML/KMZ files and georeference in AutoCAD.
• Incorporate survey coordinates into drawings with surveyors.
• Prepare as-built drawings from site updates.
• Visit project sites to verify drawings and gather information.

ACE Properties is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Urban Draftsman to support the planning, design, and execution of urban development and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing technical drawings, layouts, and documentation while collaborating with architects, urban planners, surveyors, and site teams. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and urban planning drawings using AutoCAD.
• Convert conceptual sketches and design inputs into accurate technical drawings.
• Assist in preparing plans and layouts for roads, utility networks, and infrastructure projects.
• Update drawings based on design revisions and project requirements.
• Perform area calculations using AutoCAD and Google Earth.
• Organize and maintain drawing files, survey data, and project documentation.
• Assist in creating KML/KMZ files and converting them into AutoCAD drawings with proper georeferencing.
• Support surveyors by incorporating survey coordinates into project drawings.
• Prepare as-built drawings based on site updates and approved revisions.
• Visit project sites when required to verify drawings and collect necessary information.
• Coordinate with architects, planners, engineers, and site teams to ensure drawing accuracy.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and project specifications.
• Perform other drafting and documentation tasks assigned by management.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Drafting, Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in urban drafting, architectural drafting, or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Google Earth and georeferencing techniques is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of coordinate systems, KML/KMZ files, and mapping concepts.
• Experience working with infrastructure, housing, or real estate projects is preferred.
