Job summary

qordata Inc. is seeking a motivated Junior Support & Data Operations Engineer to join our product support team. The role focuses on L1 application support, monitoring data-fetching jobs, and coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to keep customer operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related discipline.

Provide L1 application support, monitor data operations, and help keep our product running smoothly for customers across the US.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Support & Data Operations Engineer to join our product support team. The role involves providing L1 application support, monitoring data-fetching jobs, troubleshooting issues, and supporting operational processes and automation.

You will work closely with Product Leaders, Account Managers, Engineering, and Data teams to support customer needs and ensure smooth product operations. Customer requests and support issues may be received directly or forwarded by Product Leaders and Account Managers, and you will be responsible for understanding the request, investigating the issue, coordinating with the relevant teams, and ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor data-fetching, data-processing, and scheduled jobs and identify failures or delays
• Perform L1 troubleshooting of application and data-related issues
• Work closely with Product Leaders to understand and action customer requests, issues, and operational needs
• Handle support requests received directly or forwarded by Product Leaders and Account Managers, ensuring timely response and follow-up
• Investigate customer-reported issues, perform initial analysis, and coordinate with Engineering or Data teams when further technical support is required
