Clipsal Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd in Karachi is seeking a Fresh Sales Engineer - Project Sales to identify opportunities and drive project-based sales for electrical products. The role focuses on developing projects by engaging with consultants, contractors, architects, developers and corporate clients.

You will build relationships, present solutions, prepare quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to support order processing and after-sales service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in B2B sales, business development, and project-based selling.
• Basic understanding of electrical products and systems.
• Proactive, confident, target-oriented, and willing to conduct field visits.
• Ability to learn technical product knowledge and develop long-term client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Identify potential projects and generate new business opportunities.
• Develop relationships with electrical, MEP consultants, contractors, architects, developers, and corporate clients.
• Promote our product portfolio, including switches, sockets, cables, lighting, and datacom.
• Conduct client meetings, project visits, and product presentations.
• Assist in reviewing BOQs, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and product submittals in coordination with the internal team.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and sales opportunities to support order conversion.
• Monitor ongoing and upcoming projects and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
