Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Performance Management Executive to support talent management and performance initiatives. You will help design processes, coordinate review cycles, and analyze data to drive improvements across the organization.

The role emphasizes collaboration with HR leaders, data-driven insights, and the creation of user-friendly reports and communications for stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Performance Management or related HR functions.
• Proficiency with Power BI and MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation and continuous improvement of performance management systems and processes.
• Coordinate annual and mid-cycle performance review cycles with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for company-wide performance and talent metrics.
• Prepare executive communications and management decks related to performance frameworks.
