Job summary

10Pearls is seeking a Junior .NET Developer to join our engineering team in Karachi. You will develop, maintain, and support scalable web applications, collaborating with senior developers, QA engineers, and stakeholders on banking projects.

The role is onsite five days a week, requiring a strong foundation in C#, .NET Core/.NET, ASP.NET, SQL, and Git. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply; prior banking domain experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in .NET development; fresh graduates with internship or project experience may also be considered.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET, ASP.NET, and Web APIs.
• Good understanding of OOP and software development concepts.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git/version control.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work 5 days onsite in Karachi.
• Prior banking or financial services domain experience is a plus.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using .NET technologies.
